Sesame seeds

Chopped parsley

1 cucumber

2 avocados

200 g of fresh or smoked salmon

Nori sheets (seaweed)


Step 1: Prepare the Sushi Rice. Rinse the rice until the rinsing water is no longer cloudy. Allow it to drain.

Step 2: Place the rice in a pot with 1.5 times its volume of water. Once it boils, stir it once with a spatula, then let it cook for 15 minutes over low heat and covered.

Step 3: Let the rice cool for a moment, then mix in the sugar dissolved in rice vinegar.

Step 4: Prepare the rolls. Slice the salmon, cucumber, and avocados into strips.

Step 5: Place a plastic wrap on your working surface and moisten your hands (you can use rice vinegar, for example).

Step 6: Place the nori sheet on the plastic wrap horizontally and cover it with a layer of rice. Leave one or two centimeters uncovered on the top width to easily seal the roll later.

Step 7: Horizontally, place a strip of salmon, a strip of cucumber, and a strip of avocado on top of the rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.

Step 8: Roll the seaweed using the plastic wrap. Moisten the uncovered strip to seal the roll easily. Place it in the refrigerator.

Repeat the same steps until all the ingredients are used.

Step 9: Before serving, cut the rolls into slices of 2 to 3 cm.
