The traditional method is a sparkling wine production technique that involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle of the base wine.

The aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers delight the senses initially, followed by a great elegance on the palate.

This pure Chardonnay reveals all the richness and purity of its grape variety.

Our entire vineyard is plowed and mechanically hoed. 

Our estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2019.

This wine, highly appreciated as an aperitif, pairs nicely with puff pastries, cheese gougères, or a lemon meringue tart.
